Between a design and its ultimate realization are thousands of decisions, which can only be made successfully if there is clear, ongoing communication. To accomplish this, Landmark works personally with clients, trades people and suppliers to prioritize critical activities and facilitate the exchange of information with all concerned. Computerized scheduling and costing systems continually provide “real time” status, allowing “on the spot” decisions to be made.
